1. Access data which is not personally identifiable

In order to improve our online offer, we collect and store certain access data which is not personally identifiable. As soon as you request a file from our website, access data is collected and stored as a standard process.

This data is analysed for internal, statistical purposes as well as for the technical administration of the website; forwarding this data to third parties – even only parts thereof – does not take place. This anonymous data is stored separately from the personalised datasets and is not used or combined with your personalised data so that it is not possible to trace this data to an individual.

Forwarding personalised data to third parties is not permitted. However, in individual cases we are authorised to provide the respective authorities with your data, insofar as this data is used for purposes of fulfilling the statutory powers (e.g. criminal prosecution).

4. Cookies

This site uses cookies in order to improve and simplify the use of this website. Cookies are small text files that your Web browser stores on your computer's hard drive. When revisiting the corresponding page, the cookies therefore enable the recognition of your computer. For example, this means that if you have previously filled in a form, then you do not have to enter the data again. We usually use cookies that are automatically deleted from your hard drive after you have closed your Internet browser ("session cookies"). Other cookies remain on your computer and ensure that we will recognise your computer upon your next visit ("persistent or stored cookies"). You can prevent the storing of cookies on your hard drive by "disabling cookies" in your browser's settings. Please select "do not accept cookies". However, we inform you that in this case you may no longer be able to access the full functionality of our website.

5. Information, correction, blocking and deletion

You may request free information about the data we have stored about you at any time. You may have the right to correct, block or delete your personalised data. If a deletion of the data breaches legal or contractual retention periods, we will block the data.

We will – upon your request and at no charge to you – fully inform you regarding the status and the content of the personalised data stored on our servers. In addition, upon request we will correct, block or delete your data as well as gladly answer your questions about the collection, storage and use of your personalised data. 6. Data security

The security of your data is important to us, therefore your personalised data is transferred using a secure SSL certificate. If personalised data is collected, the data transfer is encrypted with the use of the SSL process. Your personalised data is then transferred in encrypted fashion via the Internet using the 256-bit SSL transfer. By using the SSL encryption, we protect your personalised data from third-party/unauthorised access. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a protocol used for the encryption of messages on the Internet. It offers a particularly high level of security in data transmission.

In addition, we secure our website and other systems through the implementation of technical and organisational measures against loss, damage, unauthorised access, as well as change or further distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. However, despite ongoing controls we cannot ensure full protection against all potential dangers.

7. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis regarding your use of the website.

The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is generally sent to and stored on a server operated by Google and located in the USA. However, in case the anonymous IP function has been activated on this website, your IP address will be stored in shortened form by Google in the member states of the European Union or in other contract states of the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the entire IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and then stored in a shortened form there. We explicitly note that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIp()" and therefore the IP addresses are only processed in their shortened form so that a personalised identifiability is excluded.

Per the order of the website operator, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and in order to provide additional services towards the website operator that are connected with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transferred by Google Analytics from your browser is not combined with other Google data. You can prevent the storing of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser; however, we would like to point out that by doing so you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website.

Beyond this, you can prevent the recording of the data compiled by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) and its transmission to Google as well as the further processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
More information regarding the Terms of Use and Data Protection are located under http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/. We inform you that on this website Google Analytics was extended to include the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure an anonymised recording of IP addresses (IP masking).

You can prohibit the recording of data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is then stored that will in future block the recording of your data when accessing this website:
