The requirements on consumable materials (like mop covers) in cleanrooms are very high. Our cleanroom mops fulfil the criteria in terms of cleanroom compatibility and cleanliness compatibility. In addition we only use high-quality materials. The wiping technique and process in cleanrooms must be reproducible – in other words, it must always be subject to the same impregnation procedure as well as the same process in terms of water issuing and extraction in order to ensure a consistent cleaning performance.

Our cleanroom mop has been designed and tested to meet these requirements. Is has partially been certified for use in sterile areas.

The selection of the correct working method for the respective task is the reason that a project is both technically and financially successful. For example, the daily disinfection of a sterile area requires a very different cleaning method than the cleaning after standard maintenance work. For cleanroom cleaning, impregnation methods or open systems with a direct treatment at the trolley within an open system are available. What all products have in common: maximum process reliability, hygienical safety, ability to validate and reproduce, and – when dealing with sterile areas – they must also be autoclavable.

While in areas under sterile conditions, double-packed one-way cloths ensure the maximum safety; in non-sterile area the use of reusable microfiber cloths can be far more economical. The characteristics of the PPS Clino CR cloth programme are the highest level of cleaning performance through polyester microfibers. Our recyclable products are reusable up to 50 times. Our single-use products are double packaged and gamma irradiated, if required.

Each cleanroom is different. Depending on the object, the system trolley must be equipped in different ways. In order to solve each cleanroom cleaning process in an efficient, reproducible and validatable manner using ergonomical processes, the accessory components are given a very important role. We have divided our accessories and components into the segments work area & supply as well as recycling – in other words in pure and impure. In order to develop a good and comprehensive cleaning system, one must view the mop frames together with the shafts. In cleanroom cleaning these should be able to fulfil the purity criteria and still be able to properly complete their task. In cleanrooms, stainless steel is the most optimal material. However, it is extremely cumbersome to mop a wall or a ceiling using a stainless steel mop frame. For this reason we have constructed the perfect frames for all cleanroom cleaning tasks. These frames can be combined with various shafts.

No cleanroom is equal to another. Depending on the segment of industry, cleanrooms differ in their segmentation, in the supplies contained therein, and in the objects located within the room. Nevertheless, each area of a cleanroom must be safely and perfectly cleaned – or disinfected. In particularly difficult to reach areas, corners, walls or joints always present problem areas. This is where a special problem-solving solution is required – in particular one that keeps the cleaning process efficient and that can also be brought into the cleanroom.

The Clino KR/A series vacuums have been specifically designed for use in technical cleanrooms and in the pharmaceutical industry. Due to its modular design, it can be specifically configured to meet the needs of dry or wet vacuum operations. Even special versions, such as compressed air powered turbines for explosion protected areas, are available.

The characteristics of the PPS cleanroom vacuums are its ulti-level filter system up to a separation level of 99.999%, its processing entirely of high-quality stainless steel, its autoclavability, that it is designed for the vacuuming of hazardous dusts and the vaccums offer a comprehensive range of accessories. The vacuums can be delivered with 230 V, 400 V or powered by compressed air.
